Managed campaigns for mortgage advisers and insurance brokers
A serious team built to grow your brand and generate qualified enquiries.
From getting your firm seen to getting the right people booked in, Alfred handles your advertising and enquiry follow-up. You focus on the client.
Paid ads that give people a way to enquire.
01 / FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM ADS
Bring enquiries in through Meta ads.
Use paid Facebook and Instagram ads to introduce your firm to people considering a mortgage. Give them a useful next step, whether they want information or are ready to talk.
We test a small set of messages against suitable enquiries, within the agreed spending cap.
First home on your mind?
Start with the questions. Not the paperwork.
A clear next step.
02 / GOOGLE SEARCH ADS
Help people find your firm on Google.
Match first-home and home-loan review searches with relevant ads. Send each ad to a page that answers the same question and lets the visitor enquire.
A click shows interest. We judge the campaign by suitable, contactable enquiries.

A personal first conversation. Tell us where you are in your journey and what you’re working towards.
03 / OPTIONAL VIDEO ADS
Explain the next step in a short video.
Use a short paid video to answer a mortgage question and show people how to contact your firm.
An optional paid channel, considered after checking audience fit and NZ financial-services eligibility.

PAID ADVERTISING
The right channels for your audience.
Google and Meta are our core channels, not the limit of the plan. We choose the mix around your audience, objectives and budget, including TikTok or Trade Me where they fit. Each channel is agreed after checking availability, financial-services eligibility and campaign acceptance. Alfred is independent of these platforms; no partnership is implied.
THE THREE-STEP NURTURE PROCESS
Turn attention into a prepared conversation.
An ad gets you noticed. It does not answer every question or make someone ready to call. Our three-stage nurture process connects that first impression to a useful next step.
- THE PRINCIPLE
- Reach introduces your firm. Build trust answers the questions holding people back. Convert gives interested people a clear way to enquire.
- THE PLAN
- Each stage has a different job. The icons represent attention from different channels, narrowing towards conversations as people decide your firm is relevant. They are not measured results.
- ON THEIR TERMS
- Alfred connects this campaign to replies, factual qualification and booking, so the enquiry arrives with context. People can enter at any stage; nobody is forced through every step.
Help people take the next step.
01 / REACH · AWARENESS
Get noticed for a reason that matters.
Start with the person's situation, not a generic pitch. A first-home question, planned move or upcoming refix gives the right audience a reason to pay attention.
- WHO WE’RE SPEAKING TO
- People starting to think about their options who may not yet be looking for an adviser.
- WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE
- Make your firm familiar and relevant before asking for a meeting. Someone early in the decision needs a useful answer, not the same message as someone ready to book.
- WHAT WE PUT IN FRONT OF THEM
- Test a focused paid video or post with an agreed audience and spending cap. Connect it to a short explanation or guide that carries the same message.
Your first home starts here.
Start with your questions.
02 / BUILD TRUST · CONSIDERATION
Answer what is holding them back.
Being noticed is not the same as being trusted. Show people how your firm works and what a first conversation involves, while they are still comparing their options.
- WHO WE’RE SPEAKING TO
- People who are interested but have questions about the process, preparation or whether your firm is right for them.
- WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE
- Replace uncertainty with a clearer next step. Give people enough context to decide whether to speak with you, rather than repeating the same sales pitch.
- WHAT WE PUT IN FRONT OF THEM
- Use adviser-approved explainers, FAQs or guides. Continue relevant follow-up only where consent and platform rules allow it, with a booking route available throughout.
A first chat. A clearer next step.
A first chat. A clearer next step.
03 / START A CONVERSATION · CONVERSION
Turn interest into an enquiry.
When someone is ready, make the next step obvious. Connect the ad or resource to a relevant page with a short enquiry form or booking route.
- WHO WE’RE SPEAKING TO
- People ready to discuss their circumstances, whether they found you today or have been researching for months.
- WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE
- Capture a contactable enquiry and establish whether it meets your firm's agreed fit criteria. A click alone is not a qualified enquiry or a new client.
- WHAT WE PUT IN FRONT OF THEM
- Alfred replies, asks agreed factual questions and helps the person book. Your adviser receives their context and keeps every advice and lending decision.

AFTER THE ENQUIRY · HANDLED FOR YOU
Walk into the call with the details already gathered.
Alfred handles the replies and follow-up automatically, asks your agreed questions and helps the person book. Your team does not have to chase every answer.
- WHO WE’RE SPEAKING TO
- People who have contacted your firm and need a clear next step. Alfred keeps the conversation moving while your team looks after clients.
- WHAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE
- Give your adviser the person's situation, timing and reason for enquiring before the call. Their answers stay with the enquiry, ready for your team to review.
- WHAT WE PUT IN FRONT OF THEM
- You agree the questions and handoff. Alfred gathers the information and organises the next step. Your advisers keep the financial advice and lending decisions.

YOUR WEEKLY REPORT
See which ads lead to suitable enquiries.
Your weekly report connects ad spend with enquiries and bookings. Regular updates flag gaps and decisions that need your input.
- WHAT WE TRACK
- Platform spend, enquiry source, agreed fit criteria, bookings and attendance. Settlements and revenue are recorded when your firm confirms them.
- HOW WE KEEP YOU INFORMED
- Review what worked, what needs changing and what is too early to judge. An enquiry is not settled business.
- WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- Agree an owner and review date for each action. We use your feedback to adjust the campaign and agree budget changes before they happen.

Campaign reporting
Know what happened after the click.
See what your advertising spend produced: suitable enquiries, bookings and attended meetings. We agree attribution and reporting access at the start. Later outcomes, including settlements, are recorded when your firm confirms them.
- Platform-reported conversions stay separate from firm-confirmed outcomes. A Google or Meta conversion is not a settlement.
- An application is recorded as submitted only when your adviser confirms it was sent.
- Declined and withdrawn cases stay in the report so you can judge the whole campaign.
- Later-stage reporting needs your firm's outcome data and agreed access. This is the reporting plan, not a live settlement ledger.

WHY ALFRED
One team for the ad and what happens next.
A campaign-only service leaves your team to turn the enquiry into a conversation. Alfred connects the three-stage nurture process to its own enquiry-handling system. We plan the message, answer questions through campaign content, then handle replies, factual qualification and booking. Your team gets the context and keeps control of the client relationship.
- 01
Keep your ad accounts.
Your firm owns the accounts and pays the platforms directly. Alfred manages delivery with your permission. Our fees are separate from media spend and agreed in writing.
- 02
Set the cap before spending.
Agree what the campaign should test, how much it can spend and when to review it. You see the results and the reason for each next step. A smaller test limits exposure but does not remove risk.
- 03
Keep control of the advice.
Your firm approves advice-related content and keeps every lending and client decision. We agree where enquiries should land in your existing systems before building the handoff.
Ad creative and any supporting campaign resources are agreed before production. The service does not include ongoing organic content management or unlimited filming and editing.
The first conversation
Find out where Alfred fits your firm.
30 minutes with Nikau to review your enquiry process, walk through Alfred and decide whether a campaign test makes sense.
We discuss the scope and fees with you, then put the agreed terms in writing before work starts.
- 01
Who you want to work with
Which clients you want to attract and how many new conversations your team can handle each month.
- 02
Where enquiries get stuck
How people find your firm, what happens after they enquire and where replies or bookings slow down.
- 03
What a campaign would need
Whether a paid campaign could help, what your team would need to provide and what to agree before spending.
- 04
Your next step in writing
You receive a short written summary. If Alfred fits, we propose a scope for you to review. If it does not, we tell you.
Practical questions
What to know before you book.
Do you manage organic content or sell leads?
We offer managed paid advertising connected to Alfred's enquiry-handling system, and separate mortgage lead packs. Mortgage packs have their own signup and terms; insurance lead packs are not offered. Educational ads and campaign resources can be agreed within a managed campaign. We do not provide ongoing organic content production, a standalone cold-email or outbound lead-generation service, or sell cold contact lists.
Which advertising platforms do you use?
Google and Meta are our core paid channels, not a fixed package. We choose the mix around your audience, objectives and budget, including TikTok or Trade Me where suitable. We check New Zealand availability, financial-services eligibility and platform rules, then agree each channel before launch.
What makes Alfred different from a campaign-only agency?
We connect advertising to what happens after someone responds. The three-stage nurture process introduces your firm, answers questions and provides a clear route to enquire. Alfred's own enquiry-handling system then manages prompt replies, factual qualification, follow-up and booking within your agreed scope. Your adviser receives the context and keeps the client decisions.
Who funds the media, and who owns the ad accounts?
You do, on both counts. Media is paid directly by your firm to the platforms in accounts your firm owns. Alfred is given agreed access to manage delivery. Alfred's service fee is separate and agreed in writing.
Can our existing CRM and marketing person stay?
Yes. We agree how Alfred will work with your current team and where enquiries should land. Connector support is checked and tested for your firm before it is included.
How much control does the adviser keep?
Your firm approves advice-related content, sets the suitability criteria and keeps every lending and client decision. Alfred never recommends a lender, a product or a rate.
What does borrower-information preparation include?
A factual summary, your approved checklist and follow-up on missing items, ready for adviser review. Alfred can draft the summary and checklist. Bank statements, identity documents and other evidence must come from the borrower and are never fabricated. The file stays incomplete until those items arrive.
What gets measured?
The reporting plan follows enquiry, suitable enquiry, booked, attended, adviser-confirmed submitted and settled, alongside actual media spend. Later stages depend on your firm's outcome data and agreed attribution access; this is not a live settlement integration. Platform-reported conversions are kept separate from firm-confirmed outcomes, including declined or withdrawn cases.
How are scope and fees agreed?
After a discovery call, we put the scope, fees, campaign test, spending cap and review dates in writing. You agree these before any spend. Nothing on this site is a quote or a contractual term.
Plan your next campaign and its follow-up.
Spend 30 minutes with Nikau to review how you attract and handle enquiries. After the call, you receive a written summary and, if Alfred fits, a proposed scope.
